Vet Portal
The Vet Portal is a specialized, custom-built application developed for veterinarians collaborating with labs through the Labmin LIMS platform. With the Vet Portal, labs can create practice profiles within their LIMS admin system and securely grant veterinarians access to their own portal. The portal’s user interface can be fully customized and branded to reflect the lab’s identity, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Easily Access work orders tied to Your practice
Once logged in, veterinarians can access work orders tied to their practice. The work order management system allows veterinarians to view orders in various stages, including:
All work orders
New orders
Internally certified by the lab
Waiting for dispatch
Completed orders
Get real-time data directly from the lab
Each work order provides real-time data directly from the lab, including:
All work orders
Complete and certified results from the lab’s analysis.
OD Values
Optical density measurements for specific tests.
Titer Values
Quantitative measurements of antibody levels.
S/P Values
Sample-to-positive ratios, used in certain diagnostic assays.
From these lab results, veterinarians can input their recommendations and generate custom reports. These reports merge their insights with lab data into a single, professionally branded certificate, enhancing communication with clients (optional feature).
Trending and Analytics

The Vet Portal also features a robust Trending section that empowers veterinarians to track and analyze data across various categories, such as:
- Client
- Site
- House
- Flock
- Description
- Type of Analysis
The trending feature allows users to filter data by parameters such as lab, client, date range, and type of analysis. Once filtered, the results are visually represented using bar graphs to showcase trends over time. Users can also export the data into a table format for in-depth analysis or further use. Additionally, the portal allows for the creation of custom graphs based on specific client requirements, offering flexibility and adaptability to meet individual veterinary needs.
